Remove skin and fat from 3 pounds
of chicken breast
Simmer in pot of water with
2 bay leaves for 20 minutes or until done
Cut into bite sized pieces.
Turn oven on to 325 degrees.
Steam for 5 minutes:
2 Cups of chopped celery
1 Cup chopped onion
Add:
1 Cup picante sauce-8 ounces
1 Can Campbells Healthy
Request Cream of Chicken soup
When heated through, add chicken
and pour into deep casserole dish.
Layer 6 tostada or taco shells
on top, stale ones would be fine...
Sprinkle 4 ounces of grated
cheddar cheese on top.
Bake until hot and bubbly, about
25 minutes.
