American Goulash

1C Green pepper, chopped
1 Large tomato
1 Small, shredded onion
1 Lb. Cooked ground beef
½ Lb cooked wide egg noodles
1 Jar Heinz® fat-free beef gravy
½ Pkg. Lipton® onion soup mix
1T Beef base or 1 cube bouillon

Fry the green pepper and onion in a little bit of oil. Use lean ground beef and drain the fats from the pan. When beef and veggies are cooked, add the rest of the ingredients.
