taking some deep breaths thruout the day...do ya think ? It's suppose
to all raise your metabolism ??? The hot peppers I started way back
when & actually got pretty addicted to them & eat about a
jar of jalapenos every 2 weeks. I love them know & slice some
in my spagetti, saucy foods, brown rice, etc....
