  Coffee Calorie Counter - What are you drinking?

If you are like most people you just love waking-up to a great cup of coffee. However, there are quite a few hidden calories in your favorite breakfast beverage. That is, unless, you are one of the few who drink it without sugar or cream.
The estimated figures to the right are based on the fact that one packet or one rounded teaspoon of sugar has 25 calories. One tablespoon of light cream has approximately 30 calories. Incidentally, one flavored creamer has 40 calories and one tablespoon of whole milk has 10.

Fantastic Fact:
Switching from cream to milk will save you 22 calories per tablespoon.
